BOARD OF DIRECTORS

This is a body constituted by Gnyana Mandir Trust (Regd.) Bangalore.

The Directors to serve on the Board of School Management are selected from different walks of life. Normally, this body exists for a term of two years or its term may be extended, if necessary. In the event of the transfer of any Director to a place outside Bangalore and in the event of the completion of education in Sudarshan Vidya Mandir of the wards of any parent who is serving on the Board, a proper substitute may be sought to serve the board.

The Board of Directors of the School Management generally meets once in three months and even earlier if needed. The Board is consulted on matters concerning policy, decisions and service.
