Special assembly – first assembly of the academic year 2010-11. The principal addressed the students. Madam also mentioned about the starting of a new committee called ‘Ethics committee’ led by Smt. A.N.Gayathri.
Madam also welcomed the new staff members and the newly enrolled students.

Nominations for the elections were declared for both Junior & Senior level.

24th June 2010-ICSE
“Great music is that which penetrates the ear with facility and leaves the memory with difficulty”.  This was the condition of the souls who witnessed the “World Music Day” celebration of the Junior and Senior students of the ICSE academy.
The participants presented a musical feast to the audience with their mixed jazz of carnatic and western music. The programme was compered by the cultural captains and vice captains.

22 June 2010- I Assembly -Junior School Board
. The theme for the day was’ Music is Life’. Thanvi VII C the Junior Cultural captain compered the day’s proceedings. Navya Belpu VII C the Junior school captain welcomed the gathering. This was followed by a welcome song by the students of std VII A. Bhavana VII A and Sanika Shenoy VII A shared the thought in Tamil and gave its explanation in English. Jaganath of VIII A briefed  up with the happenings about the world.
School Captain and the students council introduced themselves.
Navya Belupu  VII C – Jr.Captain spoke about the meaning and essence of Leadership.
Follow on was a Tableau and a  Leadership song by students of VII A
Duty allotment for the  Captains was read by Jr. Vice Captain Vignesh V.
There after the Jr. Captain& the students  council spoke about the plans for the year ahead.
In order to mark the significance of ‘World Music Day’, celebration for the same was followed.
Ms Sujatha  spoke on the importance of Music .It not only enthralls human ears but even animals have positive effect
To commemorate the day the Choir group of VII A sang songs  on ‘Lets lead towards light’
